Every beautiful wedding starts with a conversation. When you book with us, you’ll work directly with lead designer Julie Nicholas to map out your floral concepts. Having styled a vast portfolio of beautiful weddings, Julie knows exactly how to transform a space. She focuses on the details that matter most to you, ensuring your vision, your venue, and your personal style shine through.
You’ll receive an immediate estimate and proposal — designed by Julie herself.

Secure your date & your florist.
Once you fall in love with your floral proposal, simply secure your wedding date with a deposit. From that moment on, we collaborate freely. Your colour palette, venue details, and overall aesthetic can naturally evolve as your wedding plans take shape—our design process is completely flexible and grows right alongside your vision.
The in-between should feel stress-free. That’s the point.

At 60 days out, we finalise every single detail—from the exact varieties of flowers to your final colour palettes and design scales. We handle all logistics directly with your venue and vendor team so that everything works in perfect harmony. When the big day arrives, delivery, comprehensive setup, and styling are completely looked after. You won’t have to lift a finger.

Everything couples ask.
Every design is custom, starting at £750 — and I’ve designed everything up to £10,000+ celebrations. Most couples invest £2,000–£4,000. As a guide:
- Personal flowers & micro weddings: £750–£2,000
- Simple ceremony & reception: £2,000–£4,000
- Full-service wedding design: £4,000–£10,000
- Full transformation with installations: £10,000+
I’m comfortable working with all budgets — the proposal is built around your priorities.
Popular dates fill 18+ months out, and most couples book 9 months to a year ahead — though I happily take last-minute weddings when the calendar allows. Since I take only one wedding per day, your date is truly yours once it’s secured.
The minimum begins at £750. Smaller orders are always welcome as shop pickup, so there’s a beautiful option at every size.
Your date is secured with a deposit . The final balance is due at your final consult, typically 60 days before your wedding — right when we lock in every last detail.
I love repurposing — it’s one of the smartest ways to stretch your floral budget, like moving aisle meadows to the head table. Note that a full reception flip or end-of-night strike isn’t included by default, but can absolutely be added by request for an additional charge.

I do my best to accommodate specific requests, though not every variety is always available. I work only with premium blooms — garden roses, ranunculus, anemone, larkspur — and stay current with the latest design trends.
Yes — Julie Nicholas Florist is full service. My hand-picked crew delivers, places every guest table arrangement, and installs all ceremony flowers, so your day is completely hands-off.
I don’t offer preservation in-house, but your bouquet is yours to keep — many brides arrange a preservation artist in advance so their flowers can be dropped off right after the weekend.
